Matt Narciso, the Managing Director of SuperStaff, has built his career at the intersection of technology and outsourcing as the National Head and Director of outsourcing consultancies from the Philippines, United Kingdom, and the United States over the last 15 years. His technology and offshoring experience has shaped his philosophy that innovation should be at the forefront of any outsourcing strategy.

Over the course of his tenure, SuperStaff has grown by more than 340 percent, expanded service coverage into 13 additional countries, launched operational teams in multiple regions both in the Philippines and the United States, and added 23 additional languages to its customer support offerings.

Looking ahead, Matt aims to combine advancements in automation with continuous improvements in talent acquisition and human capital management to offer comprehensive and forward-looking offshoring solutions to the tech, healthcare, and commerce space.

A Certified Public Accountant, Grace Rivera, has always been commended for having good business acumen and driving savings for SuperStaff through operational excellence. She became a manager at 24 and now has over 32 years of experience in management. Currently, she handles Finance, Admin, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments.

Taking charge of her personal and career-related growth, Grace finished her Pearson BTEC Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (MBA). She never ceases as she is also aiming to finish her top up international MBA with Buckinghamshire New University.

Grace aims to continuously improve SuperStaff’s strategic and operational effectiveness through innovation to increase its ability to deploy services to partner enterprises.

Lorenzo Ruiz Castro has 14 years of experience in the BPO industry, leading the training and operations department. His involvement in managing large-scale headcounts and start-ups made him an authority in process training and development. He has a genuine passion for developing talent so they can have more opportunities for career growth. Enzo believes that empowered people are essential to clients’ success.   

Rhayan Santos is an accomplished Operations Manager with solid experience spanning various sectors. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, he has dedicated over a decade to mastering customer service, sales, retention, technical support, financial care, and real estate.

With over ten years of experience in customer service and sales, Rhayan has consistently excelled in delivering exceptional solutions that address customer needs. His commitment to building enduring relationships has fueled customer satisfaction and retention rates.

As an Operations Manager, Rhayan is renowned for his strong leadership skills, effective management style, and commitment to employee development. He also has a proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Jaymelyn Cichon brings 16 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, expertly providing tailored outsourcing solutions to both early startups and large enterprises. Her extensive knowledge encompasses all aspects of selling outsourcing solutions, from lead generation to closing deals across various platforms.

Throughout her career, Jaymelyn has demonstrated a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met with a sense of urgency and precision. She specializes in a wide range of outsourcing solutions, including back-office support, customer engagement support, and specialized outsourcing services.

Her industry experience spans healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, technology, tourism, manufacturing, and more, allowing her to understand and address the unique challenges and opportunities within each sector. Jaymelyn is passionate about helping businesses streamline their operations and achieve their goals through strategic outsourcing. She is committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term client relationships.

With a degree in Computer Engineering and a wealth of experience in the tech, healthcare, and BPO sectors, SuperStaff’s IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, Billy Samonte, is a true industry maven.

His passion lies in blue teaming and social engineering, having successfully led impactful security awareness training programs and executed regular internal phishing campaigns. Moreover, Billy’s extensive expertise extends to managing and implementing a wide array of security solutions – from Firewalls and IDS/IPS to SIEM, email security, endpoint security, and VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing). As he continues to lead the company’s IT department, Billy’s vision and technical prowess remain at the forefront of the organization’s success.

Ann Gelli Tolentino started her BPO career handling marketing and sales. Her area of specialty is pharmaceutical and healthcare outsourcing. Through the years, she diversified her skills and honed her competencies in data analysis, market research, marketing campaigns, and international trade shows networking.

With SuperStaff, Ann continues to manage B2B marketing, delivering profitable solutions to drive sales, attract and sustain customers, and build reputable corporate brands. She has also widened her expertise, adding outreach marketing to her skills.

Marc Hidalgo is a highly experienced Client Success Associate Manager with 15 years in the BPO industry, including 10 years dedicated to account management and client success. He specializes in post-sales customer service, retention, and renewals.

Marc is adept at navigating dynamic environments, quickly expanding his expertise to areas such as Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Training. His broad skill set and strategic approach drive exceptional client relationships and deliver innovative solutions across multiple disciplines.

Hearthylyn Nartatez- Fiel started her BPO career as an agent. Her genuine passion for customer service and her natural eye for good talent landed her a role in the human resources department. The rest, so they say, is history. With SuperStaff, Hearthylyn continues adding to her 10 years of experience finding great hires to service clients, stakeholders, and the BPO industry.

Cristina Lizardo has years of experience managing, hiring, and onboarding employees. She is also on top of benefits and payroll, pioneering strategic performance-tracking methods for efficient and timely payout. Ask anyone at SuperStaff, and she’ll be described as a reliable, competent, highly organized team player and always the go-to person for all the employees. In that same capacity, she services SuperStaff’s BPO clients.

Kristine Barcelona is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive 20-year track record in general accounting and office administration. With 14 years of specialized experience in the BPO industry, she has become a recognized expert in process migration and process improvement for end-to-end accounting operations.

Throughout her career, Kristine has played a pivotal role in several start-up ventures, pioneering general ledger management and establishing robust accounting processes. Her exceptional leadership skills have propelled her to hold key executive positions in local and multinational companies. Before her BPO stint, Kristine honed her skills in providing audit, accounting, and advisory services to prominent banks and financial institutions.

Cathy Amodia is SuperStaff’s Administrative Supervisor with an impressive background in project planning and management, customer service, and IT sales. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role with a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science and several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Coaching for Excellence.

Cathy has a proven track record in managing supply inventory for all company assets, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. She is also responsible for coordinating with vendors and suppliers to meet the organization’s needs.

In addition to her primary duties, Cathy oversees the company’s logistical needs, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

Atty. Lovely Rose Lim Uy is a distinguished In-House Counsel and Data Protection Officer, specializing in Corporate Law, Labor Law, and Intellectual Property Law. She stays updated on the latest legal developments and strategies through comprehensive continuing education programs and legal seminars. This commitment ensures she remains at the forefront of the legal industry and demonstrates her dedication to empowering SuperStaff with the transformative power of legal education.

Her pursuit of legal excellence began at the prestigious University of the East, where she graduated with honors and earned her Juris Doctor degree. In addition to her remarkable legal expertise, she is highly regarded for her exceptional leadership skills.
Currently, Atty. Uy is completing her Masters of Law at the University of Santo Tomas.

With 12 years of experience in event management, Daniella Fernandez has established a solid record of efficiency and autonomy in high-pressure, multitasking environments. Currently serving in the Employee Relations Department, she applies her extensive event planning, organization, and coordination skills, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, accountability, and exceptional communication abilities. Her experience managing international events has refined her capacity to effectively engage with diverse groups and navigate cultural differences.
