As a Management Consultant for 13 years, she has helped companies refine strategies, and in the past three years, she has concurrently led a client’s Strategic Business Unit. Previously, she spent over 20 years as Regional Chief Human Resources Officer for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, overseeing 36 countries and serving on the Global HR Leadership Committee.
